2.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our web hosting and reseller hosting services (excluding domain registrations and other specified services). If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 30 days from the date of your initial payment for the applicable service.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain registration and renewal fees.
  • Add-on services, such as SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, or software licenses.
  • Services beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
  • Any services paid for using promotional discounts or special offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Provide your account details and the reason for the refund request.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the service has been used in violation of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to excessive resource usage or prohibited activities.

4. Auto-Renewal and Billing

Our services are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access. You may disable auto-renewal through your client area. If you do not disable auto-renewal and fail to cancel before the renewal date, you will be billed for the next service period, and no refunds will be issued for the renewed period.
