We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen service plan as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return and Cancellation Policy.

3.2 Billing

Payments are due in advance of the service period. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your services.

3.3 Price Changes

4. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, we are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Scheduled maintenance.
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).
• Actions by third parties, including DDoS attacks.

Any service credits for downtime will be issued in accordance with our Service Level Agreement available upon request.

5. Termination

5.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the procedures outlined in our Return and Cancellation Policy.

5.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your services with or without notice if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in activities that harm our network or other users.

5.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you will lose access to all services, and we may delete all data associated with your account. You are responsible for backing up your data before termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Rx Hoster, including software, scripts, and website design, remains our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rx Hoster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rx Hoster, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
